Jeff Zwart joins us for another recap.
Over the last few weeks, Jeff Zwart has been testing and fine tuning the chassis dynamics of The Ingram Collection/Road Scholars 935. Jeff has once again teamed up with Joey Seely of E-motion Engineering to handle the suspension geometry and tuning. The two worked together in 2015 on the twin-turbocharged GT3 Cup car that Jeff piloted to the summit in a record-breaking 9:46:243.
Jeff learned to drive in his father’s 911 and has been behind the wheel of numerous Porsches since, and the 911 has been the basis for nearly all of his race cars. He has gained a deep understanding of how the 911 reacts and behaves on every terrain, something that has worked to his advantage over the years when taking on the various changes to the surface of Pikes Peak.
Today, Pikes Peak is paved from the starting line to the summit and Jeff believes the 935 will be well suited to conquer the mountain in the Time Attack class, potentially again in record time. In this video, Jeff shares his experience on testing the 935 and his thoughts on how it will perform in the upcoming Pikes Peak International Hillclimb.
