This rare 1973 911T Targa was special-ordered and delivered to Central Porsche/Audi in Wichita, Kansas. The original owner kept the car for 39 years before selling to its’ 2nd owner and has confirmed the history and details on this special 911. The exterior light yellow paint is original abet a touch up from the neighbor kids bike when a few months old. That this 911 has covered only 82,000 miles in all these years confirms its exceptional condition. While the front seats had the proper hounds tooth inserts, they were showing some wear; so we installed new inserts to complement the rest of the original interior. This car comes with extensive documentation, including the original window sticker. It was special ordered with many options (see below), including the Sportomatic transmission which is extremely rare and performs flawlessly, think of it as a clutches manual. When you place your hand on the shifter, the clutch engages and you manually shift gears – the forerunner to the new PDK. The air conditioning, S Splitter and fog lights are all factory installed and on the original window sticker! This is a rare opportunity to acquire a “no stories” early 911 with some very cool options in is original paint.
