2004 Porsche Carrera GT
Story and History
The Carrera GT has received all the awards and accolades for Porsche throughout its 15 years, and rightfully so. With its sleek design and monstrous 5.7 liter V10 it remains at the top of the list for many collectors (not only Porsche guys) as a must. Sports car elegance from every angle, and if you’ve had any seat time in a CGT you fully understand why it is in high demand. The last of the analog super cars is often referred to by collectors and enthusiasts as “the best thing Porsche has done.”
This spectacular example in Guards Red over Dark Grey has been well cared for over its 2300 miles. It’s paint and interior remain in “like new” condition and comes with all books, tools, and complete luggage set. We’ve completed a full mechanical inspection and full service. The brakes and clutch with plenty of meat on them ready to be pushed to your abilities behind the wheel of what is a phenomenal driving experience.
The values of CGTs remain daily discussions by owners and those of us in the industry. As they are trending north in today’s market, we agree with many that in due time there is no reason for the Carrera GT to be valued at anything less than let’s say an F40. Understanding there are no guarantees in any market our suggestion is to pack the Porsche luggage, find some great driving roads and get lost! Be seen ripping down the road and enjoy the sounds and the thrilling feel of the Carrera GT.
