This 1960 356 Super 90 Roadster resided in Germany for the first five years of its life before being shipped to Competition Motors in North Hollywood, CA. The car remained in Vista, CA until 1990 when the new owner (Bob Price of Scottsdale, AZ) sent the car to Don Emory, in Portland, OR for a complete restoration. David Miller in Detroit, MI bought the Roadster in 2001 and further tweaked this rare Super 90 until it achieved a Blue Ribbon at the Bay Harbor Concours in 2004. This roadster has been residing in Napa Valley, CA and is now available for viewing in our Friday Harbor, Washington storage facility.
One of only 132 Super 90 Roadsters, this is a truly rare 356 Porsche. Retaining its correct, numbers-matching engine is even rarer. The service records go as far back as 1990 when it underwent restoration, and continue through today. The “who’s who” of the 356 world have all touched this car and it would be very difficult to find a nicer car to show and enjoy. It has just been serviced and detailed to our standards, and is waiting to be enjoyed for the fall driving season.
