1958 Porsche 356A Sunroof (SOLD)

I have loved this little hot rod for years and as luck would have it we bought it!

This 58 Sunroof Coupe was restored by John Willhoit (www.willhoitautorestoration.com) a few years ago and features one of his 1925cc, twin plug motors.

The Coupe got to him without its original engine so it was the perfect choice for his “hot rod” motors. The engine is awesome with over 140 hp, double the horsepower form stock! The motor pulls strong from 2000 rpm all the way to the 6100 rpm red line making it a blast to drive!

The body is excellent, as you would expect coming from John’s shop, great gaps, exceptional fit and finish to go with the slick, mirror like paint. The interior features oatmeal carpet and tan vinyl and a nice re pop of the Nardi wood steering wheel.

The Factory Sunroof makes this car one of the most desirable of all the 356 models when combined with the iconic “A” body style. This is the most enjoyable 356 A we have ever driven.
