After 15 years of building Road Scholars, Kevin and I have decided to move in new directions and have dissolved our partnership. I have some ambitious ideas for moving Road Scholars into a new era and Kevin has an exciting new endeavor that he’s pursuing.
We have both realized our good fortune in our journey together. And what a journey it has been. From two guys who met at a local PCA concours to the winner’s circle at Pebble Beach, it has been a magical experience. I’ll never forget when we showed up to the 50th Porsche Parade with twelve cars for the Concours competition and took home a plethora of awards. We purchased some of the world’s best Porsche collections before people really put together who the Road and the Scholar really were. There was no doubt, Kevin and I had skill sets and personality differences that complimented each other.
With reflection time over the Thanksgiving holiday, I’m grateful for this new opportunity. Road Scholars has never been in such a good place. We have a strong leadership team in place and a great team of hard-working and highly talented colleagues.
I am excited about the future and believe the collector car world still has room to evolve from a business standpoint. We are looking forward to taking care of our customers at the highest level and continuing to be a beacon of integrity in our industry in 2019!
With gratitude,
Cam Ingram
